Placemats

Placemats are a great way of improving the overall look of a table presentation. As a side benefit, they help to soften the noise in a room as well as protect a high quality table from wear from the underside of a plate.

Fabric placemats are an easy favorite over vinyl netting. The total cost of ownerships is far less, the fabric mat just has to be put in the laundry like every other piece of textiles in a hotel. Vinyl mats need to be hand washed and sometimes the best care is not taken and food is left smooshed into the mat.
